We are seeing a lot of clients choose to buy their plot and then get a developer to build the house of their dreams in Spain. This might seem daunting to some people but we can offer this service, you will also find, because land is in so much demand at the moment, you will have more choice of suitable plots as some of them are only being sold with the developer/s as part of the deal.
We work with several developers building traditional property in Spain on “rustic” plots and also contemporary construction on “Urban” plots. Modular construction with “off Grid” options are also becoming more popular, than be cheaper too.
Prices depend mainly on your desired plot location, closer to the beach is obviously more expensive as is the most popular areas. Further inland will become cheaper. We would expect a full plot and build could start from 250,000 Euros.
